About Us
Our company was founded on January 1, 1997, by Civil Engineer Emrah KONUKSEVEN under the name KONUKSEVEN İNŞAAT. After operating in its field for 1.5 years, it quickly achieved a development trend and became ÖZKON YAPI LTD. ŞTİ. in June 1998. ÖZKON YAPI continued its activities in project contracting and construction materials sales. Over the years, it expanded its services to include various areas such as construction projects, construction, interior decoration, and fine construction materials. Continuing its services in the construction industry with a Total Quality Management approach, our company added Heating Systems, Steel Structures, and Ready Kitchens to its portfolio, becoming ÖZKON GRUP. In recent years, we have completed over 60 official projects larger than 2000 m², hundreds of renovations and repairs, light steel prefabricated housing systems, and mechanical and electrical installations, securing a leading position in the industry. Our company, ÖZKON GRUP, continues to operate with the principle of being better than yesterday and strives to be remembered as a company providing honest and principled services.
